Xenn 2009-08-25 08:37 PM

!King_Amazon! 2009-08-25 09:17 PM

I don't know who you are but cool.

D3V 2009-09-02 08:44 AM

Some Diablo 3 would be amazing right about now. We really just need it to be released.

!King_Amazon! 2009-09-02 09:11 AM

I'm seriously taking like a week off from work when Diablo 3 comes out.

-Spector- 2009-09-02 10:34 AM

I hope it lives up to everyone's expectations, it would suck it if was a dud.

Some people may kill themselves if that is the case.

!King_Amazon! 2009-09-02 10:36 PM

I'm pretty sure if Blizzard fucks up Diablo 3 I'm going to at least be severely injuring people in riot or getting severely injured by police officers.

Because I will be livid.

Skurai 2009-09-03 06:16 AM

I haven't played the other Diablo's, but I will this one, to see what all the fuss is about, so I hope they do good on it. :o

HandOfHeaven 2009-09-03 07:55 AM

Go to your local Wal-Mart or Target and pick up Diablo Battle Chest. It will come with Diablo 1, Diablo 2, and Diablo 2: LOD. Only about $29.95.

Skurai 2009-09-03 07:03 PM

Orly? I didn't think they'd still be online, so I guessed I never knew. Thanks for basically opening the door to the diablo forums for me. :D

!King_Amazon! 2009-09-03 08:00 PM

Seriously, play some fucking Diablo. Diablo 1 is great offline, battle.net is pretty garbage. Diablo 2 is still pretty decent online, but you'll probably be the only new person anywhere, lol.

Skurai 2009-09-03 10:09 PM

Alrighty then, lol. I think they had a Diablo (and stop me if I'm wrong) for the only Platstation, right? I remember my Uncle playing something like it, when I was, like, 7? I remember watching Dragon ball back then, too. It was on the Freeza Saga, but Goku was still healing from fighting Genyu.

Xenn 2009-09-03 10:54 PM

Yeah, Diablo was on the PS1. And Goku was always healing.

Skurai 2009-09-04 06:27 AM

True enough. Either that, or he was dead. But he got better.

!King_Amazon! 2009-09-04 08:23 AM

I have the Diablo for Playstation. It's pretty garbage. The only good thing about it is there's TONS of lore and extras and shit on the disc.

Play the Diablo for PC. There's an "expansion" of sorts, Hellfire, which wasn't made by Blizzard, but by Sierra. I don't really care much for Hellfire, but it's enjoyable in its own way. Play them like two separate games.

Diablo 2 is a great game online or off. I suggest you play online regardless of whether or not you play with other people, since you can get Ladder only items if you play on Ladder. Definitely get the expansion, Lord of Destruction, and play it primarily. It might be good for you to start with just Diablo 2, since that's what everyone started with. You'll appreciate the differences of the expansion more that way, I guess.

Xenn 2009-09-04 02:15 PM

I dunno... the expansion added "high res" of 800x600 (if I'm remembering correctly). I don't know if anything lower than that would even be bearable anymore.

!King_Amazon! 2009-09-04 03:46 PM

It was bearable then, and he doesn't have the 800x600 experience to compare it to, so I don't see why not.

I'm not big on graphic or whatever, so I can deal with it.

Definately give it a try, one of the best games ever made.
