Weird, it's in a perpetual state of "loading" for me.

I tried sending a message but it did nothing, although I can see in the chatbox log that I "joined the chat".

Update: Turns out it was only broken on Firefox, and only while the offending messages were still actively in the chatbox. A bit of spam to push the messages out of the chatbox fixed it.

It’s probably an encoding issue. It’s supposed to be UTF-8, but for the most part, whatever is received gets round-tripped.
