Adrenachrome 2002-10-29 06:34 AM

u mean wrist pad?

WetWired 2002-10-29 06:54 AM

I use mouse pads to lay my wrist and track ball on. I don't need a mouse pad for my track ball to function, I just use it as a wrist cusion. BTW MS Trackball Explorers rock. Now if only they could make software as good as their hardware...

Adrenachrome 2002-10-29 06:57 AM

i am using a small lazer mouse with a wrist pad its nice..

Jamesadin 2002-10-29 11:49 AM

I wish I had one of those.

BlueCube 2002-10-29 03:48 PM

Optical Mouse.. doesn't require a mousepad, but it's nice to use as a wrist pad.

Adrenachrome 2002-10-29 04:05 PM

yes,.. yes very nice smooth operation (no ball cleaning).. lol

Hades-Knight 2002-10-29 04:13 PM

DKWicked 2002-10-29 05:58 PM

yeah, I have an optical mouse, only reason I use a mousepad is cause underneath it is wood, which is not soft at all, and would hurt

My wrist is curved to a perfect angle for all day comping!

WetWired 2002-10-30 07:15 AM

The MS Trackball Explorer is curved to the perfect angles for all-day fragging.

Shpook 2002-10-30 07:19 AM

I use an optical mouse, and it's actually hella more comfortable if u put a book on your lap and use the mouse on the book. But you end up getting weird looks from your sisters and g/f when they walk in and your hand is moving around under the desk....

Adrenachrome 2002-10-30 10:21 AM

haha

im so used to using it on the desk i cant do that

That would be really awkward to see.

SeXyLoBsTeR 2002-11-05 04:37 PM

I use a lazer mouse, no mouse pad. My wrist never hurts

cezium 2002-11-07 03:32 PM

My optical mouse has no problems on the desk, mousepads are a waste of money in my opinion.

Jamesadin 2002-11-07 03:34 PM

I wish I had a lazer mouse. :|

Wiccan][V][asta 2002-11-07 08:20 PM

Right, I have an optical mouse with a gel filled cushion for my wrist, and I also have a gel filled thingy for my keyboard.

Jamesadin 2002-11-07 08:24 PM

Nice! I have strong enough wrists to take the pressure.

It's not about strength. It's about carpel tunnel.

Adrenachrome 2002-11-08 07:04 AM

HEY THATS WW'S 1kth POST!

WetWired 2002-11-08 09:38 AM

So? It's not about quantity, it's about quality. Even when I only had like 300 posts, I had as much community recognition as those who had spammed their way to 1000. If I was truly interested in my post count, I could easily have 2500 posts now, but as I've stated elsewhere, arround 200, post count stops mattering as much. And this is not just because of my staff position. Ask the people at the INA. The last time I mentioned my post count there was at 100 or 200. (And I have just under 1K there)
