Go play Warcraft 3 then implant those strategys into Starcraft and you will be rank 1 in ladder in no time. I might even do that.

It will always fail. If the map's big enough, the other guy will have an extra SCV/Drone/Probe built be the time you get there, and might have enough minerals for building ANOTHER one. And if you try to repair your SCV's, that will cut down on your attack power, as well. If the other guy has even one SCV left, he can mine, build a marine, and take out your 0 mineral, 0 SCV base.

If it's a small map, you still have to actually find where the other base is.. giving the other guy a short amount of time to mine somewhat and build another SCV, if he's fast.

*Exception: The other guy's an idiot. A complete idiot. One who doesn't know what an SCV is.

I like to just play the game without rushing.

rushing is dumb.. you'll always die unless you opponent is an idiot... go M&M (marine n medic) That ownz, and you arent screwed if it fails.

or better yet just wait till you have around 24 rines and 4 medics (if you can get em all fast enough) then rush and you are garunteed a win if fast enough

Protoss are so cheap. If you take in 14 carriar's you you could easily take a player. Protoss is my favorite race.

Yea too bad most good players don't let the other player to get that many carriers, and in most non money maps you can't get that many carriers.

only newbs play money maps, the real game is on blizz maps.

Carriers do suck u can own em easy with storm and cloaked wraiths and other stuff.......i own em coz i actually scan the guy all the time to see wat his up 2 and if i find him gettin carriers i go storm or wraiths or zerg i go scourge or other means.....

Carriers suck anyway theres always counters for everything......but by the time somone gets 6 to 12 carriers id know about it and also if his got that much time and cash to get them that means ive also got the means (CASH!) of getting BC's wraiths and EMP! or even LOCKDOWN OWNED!

carriers are slow, by the time they get to my base id counter and kill him, id have expansions so i wouldnt get killed so easy.

I'm still going to have to go with my Ultra+Hydra+Sourge+Infested Terran combo. its grantee to work unless the guy has like 100 seige tanks, high templars or arbiters. I rush sometimes, but only enough to slow down others and to keep them busy while I hog all the minerals.

Ultra+Hydra... hmm i havent used that for so long! i remember, ultras kill expands soo easy.... i migfht wanna try that one again...

nothing like a whole think steam of green that strenches from across the entire mini-map to scare the living shit out of your enemies. I once lost almost all of my base and I had like 40 ultras and they just totally overran all 3 oppunites. then one of my ally that had to surrender to the other side at the beginning of the game got owned but he saw what I got and he allied with me again and we run that match. :p
