heh. yeah my longest standing party used to be crono, frog and robo till magus came along. marle, i dont know. why would i need her when i've got triple raid. no one seems to like lucca on the other hand.

Lucca and robo have good combos tho, Luca Robo and Chrono is a nice party, but not my personal party

i say just keep magus/janus in your party and whoever else is just gravy, i like going with janus to his homeland in zeal and visiting his kittykat in the snow and if you have magus/janus in your party the kitty recognizes you and follows you around, not to mention that music for that whole place starting when you walk on the world map is great. you can dl it on kazaa its called "time circuits"

Chrono, Frog, Magus is good. You can't do triple techs, but most of them aren't worth using all three character's turns to use. btw, Spire is probably the coolest spell in any game ever.

I say, Lumanaire still kicks.

I actually never played the game, but I plan on getting the chronicles soon for PS1...

My CHRONO CROSS team was... Surge, Grobyc and... Zybor or something... forgot.

Lol, Surge was messed up. Anyways the coolest looking spell is omega flare.


Strongest Team:
Slot1=Crono, Slot2=Lucca, Slot3=Robo

Just use DoubleVbomb dual tech to annihilate Lavos Core within 4 turns of its defense going down.


Coolest Team:
Crono, Frog,Magus

Ayla:weird messed up girl who eats cats.
Marle:no good spells/attacks, megalixer removes her usefulness.
Crono:No Doubt, coolest dude ever. Dies and kills that which killed him.

Magus:Out for revenge, and gets it in one ending
Frog:Out for revenge (depends), and helps save the world with a legendary sword.

Lucca:I don't know. She's weird with the glasses, the only one with them anyways lol.

Robo: ???? Beats me, hes partially evil, since the R-Series became evil. He only dodged becoming evil because of being shut down at the Proto dome.

It's spelled S-E-R-G-E not S-U-R-G-E. "Serge" is an actual name. "Surge" is not.

Chrono Cross is a masterpiece. I love the story, and theres tons of characetrs and tons of possible endings. Seriously Im gonna play it again now, its a great game. I dont wanna spoil anything for you.... oh btw altho this takes place way after Chrono Trigger there is an awsome segment of the game were you meet chrono marle and lucca!

sounds like a good game... its no problem to tell me all about it... cuz I dont like any surprises or stuff like that anyways hahe.

It actually only takes place about 20 years after Chrono Trigger. It's a GREAT game. The only real drawback is that it is slightly easier than I would have liked.

i thought it took place alot farther then that... you know the who time travel story in chrono trigger and this one its kinda hard to figure out :confused:

When I first saw the game's characters, I was stunned... they were ugly as shit and they looked NOTHING like Squaresoft drawings..

Many people don't like Chrono Cross, ending is fucked up, chars are fucked up, and worst of all.... the masamune is EVIL. The hell is up with that? Not to mention the original CT crew is dead, except Lucca, maybe Magus. If you want to get really technical, Lavos actually... kills himself. Time Devourer starts the process in 13000 ad (or so I've seen), meaning after an extremely long time, he kills HIMSELF in 65,000,000 bc, seeing as before he impacts he would have obliterated himself. Then theres the whole paradox that if he never existed, then neither does the time devourer, which means that the world is saved, until it happens again, meaning everything would be all fuxored up from the universe not being able to decide. And if you want to go even sooner, as soon as he gets to 1000 AD, he's already screwed himself up, since he kills crono, lucca, marle, who start the CT adventure, meaning that reptites would rule, seeing as they never went back to help out ayla, meaning lavos wouldn't have landed, therefore preventing his death, removing schala to prevent him becoming the time devourer, therefore once again creating several paradox's in one. Oh how squaresoft likes their ability to make impossible situations happen.
