Definately gotta be Super Mario RPG. That game is awesome. 3D for SNES! Second would have to be Super Mario All Stars + Super Mario World.

Chrono Trigger... simply the best rpg.

Yeah, I remember that game. The music studio was pretty funky as well (where you made your own music).

I have to go with either EarthBound or Super Mario RPG, simply because I've completely burned myself out on Chrono Trigger. Still one of the best games ever, though. Anyone ever play Illusion of Gaia? Actraiser?

yea, one of the most important things in a game, in my opinion, is replay value.

Secret of Mana and Chrono Trigger

those are cool games

Secret of Mana was badass. Anybody ever play Secret of Evermore? It wasn't quite as good, but still a cool game.

Yeah, it was a Square game. It wasn't really a sequel to "Mana" but it used an almost identical engine. Both games had identical battle systems, both used the "ring-menu" commands, and both had VERY similar graphics engines.

ff3 and secret of mana = badass

yeah I played SOE, it was pretty badass but not as good as SOM

Definitely not as cool as Mana. You ever play legend of Mana on PSX? Very cool game.
