Scary Stories
 

I was wondering if anyone knew of any good sites that have terrifying stories. Stuff that makes you look over your shoulder as you read it, or check another room of the house...y'know, stuff that scares the shit outta you. I like scary movies, stories, and just about anything scary.

I have tried looking, but the stories I found haven't been scary. I think it is getting harder and harder to be scared because its mostly just the same stuff...so maybe if the stories were true...the fact that they actually happened adds to the scare value...

If you find anything that happened in the High Desert California, that would be even freakier...I just don't want to wait for Halloween for scary stories. I want them all year round...

Lenny, you probably know a whole lot, as it seems America is less haunted than Britain or Europe...

Well, Dracula, Frankenstein, The Strange Case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr Hyde, and The Picture of Dorian Gray are supposed to be scary...but not much.

They're all written by Brits.

But no, I don't really know any scary stories. I've read stories that made me shudder (Geoffrey Huntington's Sorcerors of the Nightwing Trilogy). but that's it.

Well, for your information anyways, i dont use razor blades. They dont get the job done. I use hunters knifes. Those never fuck up. I actually dont listen to Bright Eyes, but i do listen to Saosin, which is a emo band, so recently i have been cutting myself to them. I have bleed over my computer, while crying, and thinking that life sucks. Oh, and the cowbell would be an interesting twist. A cut for everytime i slice myself. Fucken cockjockey

Probably...the only Goosebumps I remember are the killer doll, the weird carnival, Piano Lessons can be Murder, and Legend of the Lost Legend.

Now one thing that can become scary...occasionally...is a real Dr. Who episode. :) The new series isn't as scary as the old series were, though.
