Actually, first month is free for regular version as well.

The release will have some hicups... somehow someway things will be at least a little bit fucked up, there is really no way around it. The real point being how Blizzard handles the issues and how quickly they can implement fixes. That is what makes or breaks release week.

There will be a problem because of the registration servers, but probably not due to the game servers.

I think that the game launch will go fine. It might be a little slow in the newb arias, but that wont bother me too bad.

Horrible I'm hearing, 1000 plus queues on quite a few servers, 20 minute waits on the guild server according to Randuin.

They still haven't fixed the lag from open beta...I'm not even sure what the point of open beta was since everything is still the same.

Hahaha 20 for the server I wish, its up over an hour.

*sigh* From what I've gathered one of the major problems was a leak of a PARTIAL server list, meaning several people crowding on those servers.

And Zelaron happened to joined the one that was crowed. :(
