What not to do during return of the king

What NOT to do during the "Return of the King" Premiere

1. Stand up halfway through the movie and yell loudly, "Wait... where the hell is Harry Potter?"

2. Block the entrance to the theater while screaming: "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"

3. Play a drinking game where you have to take a sip every time someone says: "The Ring."

4. Point and laugh whenever someone dies.

5. Ask everyone around you if they think Gandalf went to Hogwarts.

6. Finish off every one of Elrond's lines with "Mr. Anderson."

7. When Aragorn is crowned king, stand up and at the top of your lungs sing, "And I did it.... MY way...!"

8. Talk like Gollum all through the movie. At the end, bite off someone's finger and fall down the stairs.

9. Dress up as old ladies and reenact "The Battle of Helms Deep" Monty Python style.

10. When Denethor lights the fire, shout "Barbecue!"

11. In TTT when the Ents decide to march to war, stand up and shout "RUN FOREST, RUN!"

12. Every time someone kills an Orc, yell: "That's what I'm Tolkien about!" See how long it takes before you get kicked out of the theatre.

13. During a wide shot of a battle, inquire, "Where's Waldo?"

14. Talk loudly about how you heard that there is a single frame of a nude Elf hidden somewhere in the movie.

15. Start an Orc sing-a-long.

16. Come to the premiere dressed as Frankenfurter and wander around looking terribly confused.

17. When they go in the paths of the dead, wait for tense moment and shout, "I see dead people!"

18. Imitate what you think a conversation between Gollum, Dobby and Yoda would be like.

19. Release a jar of daddy-long-legs into the theater during the Shelob scene.

20. Wonder out loud if Aragorn is going to run for governor of California.

21. When Shelob comes on, exclaim, "Man! Charlotte's really let herself go!"

22. After the movie, say "Lucas could have done it better."

lol

in my LotR satire, Sam is gay (well, his name is Spam)

Demosthenes 2004-01-04 12:52 AM

Well, you never know. There was that one scene where all the hobbits jumped into bed and did nothing but tickle eachother for about five minutes. They could have been gay.

Demosthenes 2004-01-04 01:15 AM

You remember when frodo wakes up. All the hobbits like just jumped into bed with eachother...couldn't exactly tell what they were doing...lol.

Eddie_Perez 2004-01-04 05:46 PM

8 & 18 are the best.

they were excited to see each other and they were just hugging and doing their greetings while Pimpmasta Gandalf laughed :o

Eddie_Perez 2004-01-05 02:16 AM

and the rest of the cast walked in and joinded them in laughter, it was a horrible scene

KagomJack 2004-01-05 04:47 AM

it was a touching scene, because they were all reunited after a very long period of time :P

I reiteratre, there were four guys in the same bed laughing and tickling eachother for about 20 minutes. It might've been a touching scene, but regardless of that...it was gay. If you think that is normal, even if they are getting reunited after a long time, you worry me. I know you don't jump into bed with guys that you have not seen in a while, and sit there and tickle them for 15 minutes, and if you do then you worry me...lol. Irregardless of it being gay or not, it was a scene which, in my opinion, could be taken out of the movie completely, or at least shortend a lot.

Eddie_Perez 2004-01-05 11:52 AM

Well, only the hobbits were on the beds, and they're all obviously gay, except Sam. Even though he is married, he might be obssesed with Frodo. But, it was rather annoying watching Gandalf laughing out loud while the next higher ranking cast member walked in, laughing...
