That's right, the server is up and running, but only the UT part so far. I still have a lot of fixes to make, including a lot of server optimizing, but it runs at least.

If you want to play, just join the server games.zelaron.com:6667
You won't have to specify a port, just type that in and hit okay :)

Besides, we still need to get one more game online :)
Any suggestions?
Oh, and by the way, I'm thinking about making the UT server a TO one (CS for UT but I think it's better than the original CS).
The downside is that it's a 110 mb download.

I connected through multiplayer open location games.zelaron.com no ones on Im on right now!

how do we change the games and maybe add sum bots til a challenger gets on?

I goto open location and put games.zelaron.com and it says PRESS ESC TO BEGIN and then it takes me back to the main screen (with all the options and stuff)?

it did that to me the first time to I think you have to configure your connection goto prefrences and then network and put that to wut your comps on then try again
I have to run in safe mode sometimes for mine to even work

oh yeah and xenn that always brings you back to the options menu no matter where your at (says it at all loading screens and is how you exit the game) if it says loading you just wait and it'll bring you up if it doesnt say nothing except that then somethings wrong

Im working on dling it now, I will be playing alot as soon as this shit download gets up!

So far so good... awesomeness.. it's fast also which is really nice... all I need is to get my skill back to where it was... I could handle 8 godlike bots all on a team vs me... now I cant handle 16 novice on a team vs me... i've gotten rusty crusty over 1 year... :(

and yeah chrusher we were on the server had a little slow down but was pretty fast
we will probably get on every other day (odd days) around 9:30 mountain time in the us

I happen to live in Sweden.
The server is mad fast for almost everyone on the east cost, since it's on an OC-48 backbone to AT&T. The west cost people might experience a little more ping, but with a good connection, it should be perfectly fine.

Xenn and Wiccan got around 40 ping when they played me in CTF (2v1) while I got from 400 to some peak times with 850 ping. I still won somehow, since I still have a lot of experience with lag play (I used to play with a 28.8 modem for a long time).

Also, taco, you need to connect to games.zelaron.com:6667 instead of games.zelaron.com now. I just told you because you posted it in the news.

Can we create games and have people play in them instead of just CTF?

Those things are done with admin commands.

admin people on ut cuz whenever we go one theres no one to change it (we get on every other day+ more me,creepr,and viciousmilitia play it at school with about half the other class and then we also play sometimes at home )theres been not once I played with an admin and I put about 8hours plus gaming time on the zelaron server in the last week

But TAE, I pwn j00 in UT lmfao , and I know alot about it so I asume I would make a good admin there but then again who cares? Just as long as I can play it I'm perfectly happy! BTW TAE, I'm worried youll b better than me soon.
