A good way to make your muscles harder is to drink 2-3 liters of water a day........the more u drink the more toxic you pee out, the tighter the skin/muscles get. Becareful, if you drin way too much your liver will saturate and then you'll get bubbly instead of tight |

I do pushups, i used to be able to do 80 at a time and did 2 sets of 80 a day but thats where i got my titties lol.. theyre not super huge but when i flex they pop out of my shirt.. i like that :D but i also did alot of situps.. i never counted how many i just put a good song on and tried to go to the beat until 2-3 songs were over. and everytime i went back up id punch a wood dresser (my feet were under the dresser to help me not tip backwards).. and ofcourse i had a shirt wrapped on my hands when i punched the dresser.. or else my knuckles would be gone :P
as for the rest of my body.. my shoulders are fine even though i want them bigger, my pipes on my neck are existant :D i can see them good when i flex.. my biceps earent super huge and neither are my triceps but i think they're ok.. when i flex it looks like a tennis ball is jammed in them.. but i need to get it to be *wider* i guess :P not taller.. triceps have a bump comming out of them but nothing to be impressed about.. but i nomater howmuch i work out my whole body i still think i need to work out my forearms alot.. my forearms = garbage :( , i guess that means i need to wank more but... bah, im not ready for that dedication :P ill just work out the old fashioned way :P |
Yes i work out. My brother and i sleep in the same room and yes we have a weight bench, bars, and about 200 lbs of weight. Unfortunatly:/ it can only hold 190 so thats all my bro can do on MY weight bar.
I can do 105.(benchpress) Yep. That is all. Yeah it might not be alot to youbut for a 6th grader that would make me probablly the strongest kid in school. When i flex i can see a little muscle but its beacuse its covered up in blob :( I usually curl (with the single curls, dumbells?)umm about... 25 lbs on each arm 10 times, if my left arm doesnt pussy out on me by the time i get to 8 ^_^ So thats me |
I have pretty big biceps triceps and pecs, but not very cut, I dont do much to tone my muscles at all, But I easily bench 250, and I can break 300 pounds.
It's kind of annoying accually, almost all of my shirts get holes in the armpits after wearing them a few times... But I do like being able to pick up whatever and carry it to wherever. And my girlfriend really seems to like me being strong. |

I have 2 1/2 weights.. heh slaynish, thats funny, i hope you were kidding lol, in 6th, my FRIENDS could do about 140, i about 90... and thats pushing it, puberty/testostorone make you alot stronger, i wouldnt be suprised if i could do 150 lbs right now, and i barely work out my upper body.. for example.
In 6th i could probably do 2 pull ups, 5 or 6 real push ups, but a decent 50+ sit ups in a minute... now i can do 15 pull ups, 30 something push ups and about the same amount of sit ups.. Just wait for it, and you will probably be pretty strong, and you will get tall, and all the fat will kinda even out, if you dont eat too much and keep exercising. |
I live in the middle of nowhere, so there's really nowhere to go to find out how much I can bench. Pushups, weight lifting, situps and running works pretty well, but I'm definitely not an extremely sporty person.

schedule looks something like this:
H=day of hard training S=day of soft training R= day of rest H-R-S-H-R-S-H-R etc. etc. hard training contains: 3 sessions of 50x push-ups, 80x sit-ups, 10x push 180 kilo's with my legs. soft training contains: 50x push-ups, 80x sit-ups I dont do anything to make my muscles grow big, I dont care about that, I just like to be fit and strong |

I started lifting my Freshman year in college. Me and my roommate were both 145-150 pound twerps... Think about it, being 6'2 and weighing 145 pounds is pretty pussy if you ask me. After Freshman year, I bumped my weight up to 190, but now I'm at a steady 185ish area. I was up to over 205 at one point, but not cut at all, so I started running and doing sit-ups and whatnot, so I'm now a lot more cut and mean looking. I don't lift all that much, but I'm moderately strong. I can bench 2 plates (225) about 6 times on my own, then need help to finish out my set of 10. Anyway, at first I went for bulk, and now that I'm not a little twat anymore, I'm going for definition and strength. Its going pretty good too. :) |
I used to tournament Kickbox and trained every other day but that was a few years ago now.
I am really lazy and only train once a week or less. I should to do more :( |

2 years ago i was 14.5. I could only bench 120 at the time. Hopefully it has changed recnetly :/

:) and so u guys know , i was not kidding or joking. My brother has a weight bench and for penguin err who that was, for just SOME reason i doubt ur friends could do 140 in 6th... hah thats almost impossible considering that your muscle doesnt grow fully til' you hit puberty. |

aaron, how much do you weigh?
i think boxing/swimming are best workouts swimming gives you great stamina so does boxing (useful :P) boxing focuses on quick leg movement/upper body strength im 5'11 143Lb, and i bench about 190 max.. i box to so gogo boxing ;d |
