I'm not entirely sure how to answer this question. I'm almost always in a constant state of physical relaxation. Considering I don't go rock climbing, or white water rafting...or extreme testicle shaving...or whatever the hell it is that those people on the Mountain Dew commercials are always doing.

Mental relaxation is a different story. If I want mental relaxation, I sleep. That's about all there is to it.

What if you dream about extreme testical shaving? WHAT THEN!?!?!
