I persoanally like counter-strike, battlefield 1942, and wc3. Xenn says planetside is pretty awsome but its pay to play.

yeah Planetside is one awesome game, but also requires one awsome computer to run it well. if youd buy it, youd need a computer with at least 512 ram, at least a 1 ghz processor, and at least a gf2 to run it at minimum requirements.

I've been playing NWN lately actually... I rather like the editor. Oh and "Drawing" is a fun game... oh wait... that doesn't count does it?

I used to play NWN in a Lan with my brother, but he got bored...and it's get boring to play NWN alone...

It would be impossible for WoW to be free. NO MMORPGS will ever be free. End of question. There will probably be multiple servers for blizzard to maintain, and that will cost a lot of money.

What NGM said. MMORPGs need money to run. I just don't think they should charge 10-12 bucks a month. Should be closer to 5, methinks.

Ragnarok online was free for 2 years. It just recently went pay, but I found a private server to play on that's still free.
