That is one of those things that scares me about doing hard drugs. Not all the shit schools tell you, just the idea of doing something that makes me not understand the world anymore is scary.

What are drugs?!

I didn't find it to be very terrifying, in fact it was quite enlightening. Good things happened for me.

Here is the thing about "hard" drugs. The word hard is intimidating and if you have never done them before, because of the publics perception of hard drugs, you might think that they completely fuck you up and are horrible and give you bad trips/vibes/etc. But in reality hard drugs are the best of the best drugs, when you are on them you feel soo damn good. Herion, MDMA, Cocaine, all those hard drugs feel absolutely wonderful when you are on their high. The worst part of hard drugs is actually when you run out. And things like shrooms and LSD, well they arent addictive. Basically you get curious and you do shrooms or LSD and then the next day after you have come down from your trip and rested, you have no aspirations to try them again for awhile. The first time I did shrooms, I had a wonderful time, but I did not want to do them again for atleast a couple months.

The most off-putting thing about "hard drugs" for me is the addiction factor.

With weed at least, I can smoke a bowl a day or two, and not want to smoke again for months. It's just a passing whim, like having a glass of pineapple juice.
But I know that if I started shooting heroine, I would get addicted in a matter of days, not to mention I have an addictive personality. So it's not really alluring when I hear how dependent they make you.

I'm actually really bored high, but love to watch others get high.

Not all "hard" drugs are addictive. Shrooms and LSD are both pretty much not addictive. Even cocaine, which I've done a fair amount of, isn't addictive to me. Some people seem to get addicted to it pretty easily, but I've never found myself jonesing to get some. I think as long as you don't fuck with heroin, crack, or meth, you are pretty much in the clear as far as addictiveness goes. I've even had friends that could smoke crack on occasion and not even get close to being addicted to it. I've never risked trying it myself, though.

Oh, and lots of prescription drugs are addictive as well. I wouldn't fuck with most of them if you are worried about getting addicted. But hallucinogens in general are safe as far as that goes, and I think they positively impact most people that do them, especially if done in the right environment with the right people.

Decided to trip on "acid" (come to find out it was 25i-nBome).

:00 - Dipped my index finger into the baggy and just got enough to coat my finger. Applied to Gums.

:45 - Wondering why it hasn't worked now, usually takes me 30-45 minutes to feel effects. I check my gums and nothings there, I must've washed it down when I drank some soda earlier. :/

:00 - Took a dab and applied to the tip of my cigarette, went to the restroom and lit it up. Big spark at the tip of the cig, inhaled quick. Lol.. nothing.

:00 - Took a little bit more than the first time on my index finger and applied top gum.
:30 - Feeling something in the background... Could be placebo.

Stuck like a motherfucker. I know I'm in for a ride now. I keep staring at the light and suddenly the walls in the rooms flicker with light slowly and slowly creeping from the bottom until they hit the ceiling. If I keep staring at the light it stays the dimension. Look anywhere else and everything is just waiting to morph. My hands and feet are sweating like a bitch. I feel like I'm another entity controling this body and having trouble getting it up. I look at shit around the room and it's like my vision went from being able to perceive 32-bit color to 8-bit color (don't know if that makes sense lol).

I sit there and stare at my hand and watch vivid trails of my hand movement, then.. Everything goes crazy. Keep in mind, there is no "life changing" awareness from any of this. Just a bunch of crazy mindfucks everywhere. I keep asking my self "Brain, what the fuck are you doing" and can hear myself in my own mind. I wonder for a few minutes (felt like hours) whether me as a "soul" is acctually talking to my brain, or whether my brain is talking to itself in third person. I laugh and quickly stop (don't want to wake up the kids, or trip out my girl). I finally get the strength to get up and realize I feel like I have no control over my oral breathing. It feels so dry and feels like I'm choking on my own tongue. I start feeling sick and make myself throw up, I thought I would feel better but it just made the trip even worse. I watch my daughter and quickly feel much better, I trip out on it for a while and then her face starts to distort and makes me angry at my self for that. I get up, go to the restroom, take a shower.

Fucking mirrors. I usually don't look at my self in the mirrors, but I got stuck just sitting there. Half the time giggling like a kid in a candy store from the face morphs, the other half giving myself heart attacks at how real and vivid it looks. I shake my head and pace around to return visual perception, 10 seconds of staring into something and here it comes back. I take a piss and get stuck looking at the bath towl, all the fibers like worms moving around trying to escape, or wanting to absorb some life into them. I realize after a long 5 minutes my dick is in my hand and put it away. I wash my hands and trip out on my face more lol.

I come to the conclusion that I have to go to work the next day and need to go to sleep, I take 2 Nyquil ZZZZ's and try to knock out, I search Google images for trippy pictures on my phone and lose track of time just amazed at them.

after about 7 hours of tripping balls by myself from 2 in the morning to 9 in the morning I finally baseline and feel my body aching all over.


All in all I wasn't prepared, thought at first I'd take a little bit to trip out before I hit the sack, ended up in an amazing place by myself, dissapointed that I hadn't shared the experience with anyone. Scary at first for a couple of hours, and then total amazement at being able to control the perception of my own reality.

Cheese had a bad acid trip the other night, and it literally scared her into cutting back on weed. Which is really crazy, because that's kind of all she does is smoke weed and play video games.

Notice any side effects over time?

Not really. I strictly shy away from the "dirty" "hard" drugs like meth and heroin, and only smoke weed/eat painkillers.

Fuck all that other shit.

Initially your body gets tired and your cognitive ability is lowered. However, after longer use the ability gets better and your body is used to the drug so that it can regulate the chemical imbalance in your brain. I am surprised that my memory is as good considering all of the harder stuff that I've done. I've been cutting back on smoking weed although it does help with my anxiety. Hoping to get a scrip so that everything I am taking is legal.

This is still "a lot of drugs" for the layperson.

Pill popping is bad for the health. But it works for my brain!

Short term memory loss (even when I'm not intoxicated.. literally I'll forget what I'm talking about in mid-sentence and shit. I have no idea what I ate or did yesterday and I didn't take any drugs.)

Apathy, self-induced ADD, irritability, past addictions, now dependencies, insomnia, OCD thoughts, the list goes on...

Don't forget explosive diarrhea.

I noticed this a lot with my friends who all got into drugs. A lot of them also have a difficult time pronouncing words, no matter how many times they're corrected.

Way to pigeonhole. Every druggie is going nowhere in life, correct? Please explain my college degrees and numerous awards.
