I dont know if there would be enough activity in that forum, becuase what you would talk about would be limited.

limited? how so? not many topics? I don't know, if you were a hard corp sims fan there might be plenty to talk about, and help out some new sims players...but you would need more ppl who play the game...so maybe it will attract more ppl to join zelaron..?

and from other sims posts of mine I've had ppl tell me that it would be a good idea and they would like to see it on the forums...

but, there wouldnt be much to talk about. I like the sims, but it isnt as talked about. The only new thing that one would mostly talk about is a new game, or new ways to trap your person in a pool.

I was thinking about renaming the conspiracy forum to Rants&Raves, but I haven't decided whether this should be done or not.

Maybe you should make it so that there can't be more guests than members on Zelaron at any given time. Either that, or if there are more guests on, then prompt them with a message that tells them they can't read any of the forums until the register a Member Name. Maybe that way, more people will join. Either that or don't let Unregistered Users post post anything (Which I already thought was the case, but I've seen it happena few times).

We used to require registration, but decided that it really didn't add anything.
Unregistered users can only post replies to announcements.

I just downloaded Raven Shield demo and its a sweet game. I think there should be a forum dedicated to the Rainbow Six games.

i dont know if im posting this in the right place, but i think there should be a computer modification forum in off-topic section...where u can talk about computer hardware, mods, issues, ask each other for help, get opinions etc.

How about a religion forum, the threads on that subject are getting out of hand...

Maybe make a temp Religion Thread, but delete it after a set amount of time. A religion forum would probably get old after af ew weeks of heated discussion, as everyone would run out of interesting things to say.

By making a temp Thread and saying that it will only be available from this time period could bring some interesting discussions....

Anyway, I would like to have the option of Squelching members, so we don't have to read posts by them. Also, how about for all the Forums we signed up for, or registered (whatever it's technically called) they are the only ones that will appear on our New Threads since your Last Visit shortcut.

I personally would rather only see posts from places that I would be interested in, and not have to sift through all the other forums, like Help, Computer Graphics, etc.

I want to suggest a Neverwinter Nights Forum. Like the diablo one. NWN (Neverwinter Nights) Is just like diablo. There are clans, Trading, and practicly everything else. Theres even a champain editer. I think the champain editer is the best editer anyones ever made. You could put a forum for clans, a champian editer forum where you can put ideas for a champain and maybe ask someone for ideas or if they think your is dumb, you could make a script editer forum, theres a script edited in the champain editer that lets you do alot with the characters. You could have just a Normal NWN forum. I think it would be a great Idea! Well Ive been mumbling on for awhile, what do you think? lol

I'd like to have the post count not updated on all previous posts before every time you post. I mean, if I went back to check out my first ever post, it would say, Post Count = 1. and my latest one would have the recent number on it.

Not really a big suggestion, but it would kinda put posting priorites in some sort of order. Also, it would let the poster know how many times they've posted inbetween responses. Just something I think would be cool, don't know about anyone else.

I see they do it at Blizzard's Forums, and I kinda get a kick out of it when I see the progress of each persons posting throughout reading the thread.

Just an idea though.

Well, vB3 will be out soon and everything, and maybe some new features will be implented. If you can think of anything that's non-standard vBulletin stuff that might really make Zelaron a more enjoyable place, then feel free to post it.

Not the General Conversation, unless you want to just disable post counts as a whole.

Actually Chat forum is alright, it is the people who are addicted to spamming and cannot stop should be dealt with. (Or better yet, get a life!)

If by miracle someone made a theme for WinXP matching X79 or Sytnhesis and offered it along with others maybe based on games? I think this would draw alot of attention to the graphics section and the forum as a whole.

Titus recently brought up a topic that interested me.

Why not add a comics forum? Allow discussion of pretty much any comic book-related topic, from 8-Bit theater to Spider Man. I realize that these sorts of dicussions could just as easily be filed under the Media Forum, but then again, the Literature and Art forums could be merged as well.

I want a fan fiction board... forum... uber-thread or whatever in the D2 sections, for ppl to go nuts and post theyr own selfmade items etc. would be fun =.=

i can look after it if no1 else wants too... but mod-functions for only 1 board is impossible i guess ?
