Surge was pulled because it wasn't doing well in sales.

That's the official reason, but I saw stores everywhere out of stock on it near constantly...

I personally think it was pulled for caffiene/sugar content, it was just ahead of its time. Considering Surge was one of the FAQs on the Coke site when I visited a long time ago, I think there was enough inquiry about it (how many people would actually email Coke about a soda?).

Doubtful that was the reason. It had less sugar and caffeine than Mountain Dew.

Bah, I read an analysis a while back that said otherwise, but I doubt I could ever find it again.

I wanted to try that Cocaine drink. That was out for like.. how long? 2 months? Never got to try it. :(

It's gone? I was always keeping an eye out at convenience stores waiting for it, too. :(
