How about Atkin Diet? Controlling the level of Carbohydrates (actually the blood sugar level.), and eat whatever else basically.

Atkins diet works for losing weight, but it's not good for your health in general. For example, you can't eat spaghetti, but you can eat hot links and pork rinds.

Too bad Atkins diet is a life time thing.

Yeah I was pretty fat, I was clocked in at about 275, which isn't as bad as it sounds since I am 6'2 and am pretty broad in the shoulder area but I was still fat, just not as fat as you are seeing in your head.
I am now at 194(And this time it's muscle!), which is perfect for my height and build.

I have a pretty good idea how fat 275 really is. I'm 6'2 and my dad is 6'3. He was a pretty thick guy and only weighed about 235 at one time, although he down to 220 now and looks much better.

Also, I was around 205 at one point last year and I definitely noticed a major change in my build. If 205 is not defined, I can only imagine, and quite well at that, what 275 is. BTW, I'm 187 now, and if I say so myself, pretty cut. ;)

I weigh 200 and I'm 5'4, so fuck you.
