Could be. I've been keeping up with 'MBSR' more-so and have a system where everyday when I wake up and before I go to sleep for about 5 minutes i'll do a little meditaiting, and throughout the day when there is nothing going on outside of autopilot mode (mostly while driving) i'll do some focusing on the breath methods and since i've begun this I've felt a whole lot better overall.
I still haven't had a chance to check out that book Grav, but I still intend on doing so. |

I've been doing very well the past couple weeks, but yesterday I had a mild panic mishap. But it's weird, this last time it only lasted a few minutes and with the help of my meditation practices etc, it basically faded away within a few minutes. It got pretty intense as I got cocky before it started which led to it happening, but with a little breathing technique and welcoming what was happening I was able to move past it pretty fast.
