The thing is this time he wasn't fully guilty, hence he didn't just pay the bitch and her kids off like he did w/ the others. They knew they could get him off because the mother basically let him do it to her kids so she could get money. The defense's storys had to many flaws.

As far as our judicial system, thats part of living in a democratic America, I personally wouldn't have it any other way. Ya some guilty people go free, and some innocent guys are pooping marshmellow fudgecakes, but theres really no other fair way. People have to be able to prove they're innocent or guilty.

I don't see why he doesn't just go down to Mexico and grab a couple kids. It would be hella cheap, and the Mexicans couldn't ever sue.

Well, I don't think that it's fair if innocent people are sitting in jail while guilty people are living it up in Neverland. I don't think that's fair. It may be the best way we have so far, but it's certainly not fair. If someone were to come up with a better system, I'd be willing to change. Of course, convincing everyone would be more difficult, because generally, people don't like change as long as the system is working for them, and since the system only screws over a select few people, I doubt a change is coming any time soon. Now, I'm not going to gripe any more about our judicial system, but all I meant by my one statement is what I've said above: simply that it's flawed. Now, whether you could ever make a flawless system is debatable, but this way is flawed, in my opinion, though I agree that it's better than many alternatives.
