Usually, when we decide to moderate a member of the offtopic forum, we usually give him/her all of the forums. So they could all be run equally, with the same rules.

I have gotten people unbanned that shouldent have been banned. I have given people second chances, who turned around and became good members. I have helped with adding Smilies and Tags to the forum. I ran that flame contest and paid the winner money for winning. I have made lots of mods and created more forums for zelaron. I have banned people that tried to ruin the board, and even some hack attempts. I have helped keep peace between cheatlist and zelaron back in the days of forum wars. I have gotten Zelaron listed in a German Gaming magazine. I have tried to help get the irc active, back in the day. I cant even remember the smaller things I have done everyday from temp bans, to warnings over private messaging, to just helping chruser with something he needed. There are probably a lot of things Im missing and I could probably just ask chruser and he could name a few off the top of his head but hes not on. I have done more for zelaron than You, Randuin, Could have ever done for zelaron. Unlike you, I actully care for this community and If I had my way, You would have been banned long ago. I remember conversations with chruser where we both knew you should have been banned but chruser gives you way too many chances, probably more then grav. Im sick of people like you, livewire, and taco (Not no more tho), You sit here and Critize this forum for everything it stands for and yet you stay here. Luckily, I cant ban you or anyone else just because you critize it. Your like. Randuin, Ask chruser on aim Why I am still admin, dont you think if I was doing a bad job I wouldent still BE admin? I'm an Admin at CP.org, we have three Admins. One is the owner, Then myself coding, updating, adding features, fixing links, and so on. And a professional company that needed the Admin access to work on a few things we paid for. Once he's services are no longer needed, he will no longer be an Admin. Then we will just have two. And I know I could do better cause I'm a dedicated worker and this is what I love doing. And I'm never inactive on plans for my site. Reason why I'm bringing this up is because with anymore then 2 Admins, you tend to bump into problems. Example, if my forums had 4 Admins and they were all trying to fix the same thing at once, the code will eventually get deleted, duped, or just slightly messed up. That's why when there is something the needs to be fixing, a mod or the owner will point it out to me and I will go in and fix it. That why I know where all the code is, and if there's a problem with something somewhere then I will know where to go to fix it cause I'm the one who originally coded it. And I also have to agree with Kuja. I really haven't seen any change since Titus has been Admin, besides banning members for personal or just ridiculous reason. But that can be saved for another thread. |

Well, numerous issues have come up, and I'm glad they have. Opinions in this thread are taken seriously, so don't think they aren't. I just wish everyone would get their heads out of their asses and start posting more facts to back up their opinions, like LiveWire did.
I like how he had his opinion, then stated why he thought that way and what he would do to fix it. He didn't just say, "I think Titus is doing a bad job," and leave it at that. Although he surely has shown his distaste for me as an Admin, at least I can respect where he is coming from. The fact of the matter is, there are 4 Admins because we all take on separate roles. Sure, if it was just Chruser and WW, things would still operate fine, but there have been many instances already where input form either myself or Penguin have drastically changed the opinions and outcomes of something those two would have decided upon. In any case, Chruser and WW have more permissions than myself and Penguin, so in a sense, they are like Super Admins, but without the title. There are certain things we don't have access to, such as direct access to the coding, but that doesn't mean we don't do anything Admin worthy. Expanding this place, keeping it organized, keeping up with CP maintenance, backing up the database incase of something catastrophic, etc. are all duties we pull. Having 4 Admins makes everyone's job easier here, not just ours. I love the fact that Kuja posts quotes of mine from the Flame Forum, as if they have any base in this thread. Obviously, he took everything I said in there seriously, and he should be ostricized for that alone. ;) I keep hearing people talk about how I've banned for no real good reason, etc. but the truth is, I haven't. Every ban gets passed by the Staff before made. Opinions are taken, and if someone doesn't think they deserve the ban, then it doesn't happen. Sure, there are some instances where it is a clear cut case of deserving a ban, in which case I will do so automatically, but I report my actions right away. If proper evidence is given for them to be unbanned, I do so, no problem. There are many opinions in here that are just that, opinions. LiveWire has stated many things that I've already taken action and started discussion about amongst the Admins. Other things just have no base, and are not taken as seriously. Not because we don't respect you, but because you haven't shown enough reason why you feel that way. Some people have personal vendettas out against me, and I'm fine with that, but their hate towards me won't change anything unless they start acting mature about things and try to conduct themselves and their thoughts in a more organized, eloquent manner. |

As for Titus and the other Admins... I think they have all made very wise decisions. They have shown that they are capable of doing extremely intelligent things here. Besides it has to be hard. Knowing that one litle thing can put you in the de-adminned home with Hendrix... Regar5ding mods, I have no opinions. They do their jobs. They keep the forums they mod clean. That's their....our job. We do it. As regarding that the staff don't care what users say, I have to say that is the biggest load of BS I've ever heard. EX-Mania and Titus are proof enough for that. |
I dont dislike Titusfied, or anyone at that fact. Just my thoughts on how i felt. I guess not haveing acess to the Admod and activity forum, i cant really say if you go ban crazy :p Just try and understand how it looks on our end that all man. :) I think all staff does a wonderful job. Lets not take anything personal anymore :)

Soverign was added to the starcraft. I believe that this won't help out starcraft's activity problem. he will spam it for about a week, bringing in people who view new topics, and then it will lose its spark and go back to its old ways. |
Spam?? Go check the starcraft forum and please pm me all the post that i have made that you think are spam. I will gladly move them into the trash can or rewrite them.
