I'm not sure what I should do. I have like 5% body fat, so I'm really skinny, but I'm pretty strong as well. I don't want to work out a lot, because I need that 5%, but I can't gain weight through eating - my metabolism just doesn't allow it.

I think I might work on my pecs, as those are my most lacking muscles.

Well, i'd start slow. It's always best to keep your cardio up = burn fast much more efficiently. And then try and bulk up from there, up your protein definately, but keep the food lean that you eat, and just make sure you have tons of reps in your workout.
