I love Heineken. This beer was so damn fresh and smooth I could've drank the entire thing!

I actually originally spelled it double N, but then I looked at VD's spelling and assumed he was right and I was wrong.

Low self esteem

!King_Amazon! 2007-10-14 06:51 PM

More like lack of faith in my ability to correctly spell the name of a beer, especially when someone is suggesting said name to me.

Kaneda 2007-10-14 09:04 PM

Actually KA I think Grav had a freudian slip there.

Willkillforfood 2007-10-14 10:03 PM

You guys spend a lot of time on drug related thought.

HandOfHeaven 2007-10-14 10:51 PM

Pot is like heaven in a bowl.

Lenny 2007-10-15 09:36 AM

Then Google it. :p

If I'm not sure of a word I'll Google it and see if it corrects me.

!King_Amazon! 2007-10-15 09:37 AM

I had considered it at the time but felt much too lazy to do so.

Lenny 2007-10-15 09:48 AM

I wonder if we could persuade WW to implement a spell checker for those who don't have a spell checker plugin? :p

gruesomeBODY 2007-10-15 12:37 PM

If you have Firefox, it will let you know when you spell something wrong. Not that i have it........

Lenny 2007-10-15 12:53 PM

I've got it, but I refuse to use it. I abhor that broswer. It is also very bad:

-Spector- 2007-10-15 02:50 PM

Irish = me

Kaneda 2007-10-15 04:23 PM

Why? firefox is the best.

Lenny 2007-10-15 04:27 PM

It frustrated me so much. I had to use it because I managed to get a virus that knocked out IE, my usual browser (Maxthon) and Opera, but not FireFox. I was trying to do things I would usually do in my normal browser, but I couldn't do them in FF and it really got on my wick. I used it for three months yet still couldn't get used to it.

Kaneda 2007-10-15 04:31 PM

Absured, what couldn't you do with it?!

Lenny 2007-10-15 04:40 PM

- The fact I can't click and drag + drop a link to open it.
- The fact that I can't program my F1-F12 buttons to open pages.
- The fact tha I can't set up URL aliases - that is, type something in the address bas and have it set to a certain URL (for example, I could set up books to go to www.amazon.co.uk)
- The fact that on the rare occurences the browser does crash, when it starts again it doesn't give me the option of opening the pages I was viewing when it crashed.

Kaneda 2007-10-15 04:46 PM

Hmm. Fair enough. Not sure what you mean by click drag and drop links to open them.

Lenny 2007-10-15 04:51 PM

Rather than just clicking the link, you click, hold, drag the mouse to the side, and let go.

Think of dragging an icon on the desktop - you click, hold, drag, and drop.

Except do that in Maxthon and it opens the link in a new page.

!King_Amazon! 2007-10-15 07:04 PM

Dunno what version of Firefox you were using, but mine restores what I was viewing if it crashes. It's a godsend.

Firefox is immune to like, everything.

Lenny 2007-10-16 09:41 AM

I was using Version 1.5.0.7.

Sorry. Can't believe I would have intentionally missed the second 'n'. Guess that's what I get for posting in the early hours after writing reports.
