if i had to pick a comic book power, it'd probably be invisibility or telekenesis. my invisibility would have perks though. such as the ability to make other certain things that i choose to share my ability with, ie, robbing a bank and making the money invisible so it's not like 4 bags of cash just walked out the door.

If I had the time control thing I'd do overly elaborate gestures for no reason.

Like put your arm reeeeeeaaaaalllllyyy up high and then forcefully point at someone, stop time, take their clothes off and resume time in your original position! That'd be hilarious.

Or make like ninja hand seals in front of someone, freeze time, and appear behind them standing against the wall, smoking. That'd be classic.
