Go play basketball. Even against yourself can wear you out pretty quick if you aren't in shape. Shit when I used to play at our local park i'd just slam the ball against the backboard and run full court and do a layup, and repeat for like 30 minutes straight then shoot around for another halfhour, then run more full courts.. back when I was in good shape, haha I'm sure it'd take a while to get used to it again.
