You have really shitty upload speed with cable, so there's no way he's using a cable connection and getting that sort of upload speed.

I thought that ADSL was only 128k, no wait, that is IDSN. I have no idea what ADSL is. *Going to Research*

EDIT: Did some research basically the same except that SDSL means that the downsteam is higher than the upstream. And apperantly there is a SDSL which means that the upstream and downstream are the same, but that sounds like bull to me, since my internet is DSL and the upstream and downstream vary.
