Let's list some possible charges you could face if caught.

Having a bat on your posession = Assault with a Deadly weapon.
18+ Assault on a minor = ..
Tresspassing = Omg more years.
Let's say you have some drugs on your 'posession' = +more years.
Preemptive assault = +more.

Basically, it's a bad idea to fight at school, just find him out somewhere at night and get a couple of good licks in, that's all you'll need, and the situation will end immideately after.

Documenting your own crimes is one of the dumbest things that teenagers do these days. Yeah, take pictures, tell all your friends through e-mail/IM, make a movie, and then when you get busted you're just putting evidence right into the hands of the prosecutor.

Also, I just received a phone call from the school. His parents came in today bitching becuase their son (joe) told them he was scared to come to school.

They then threatened to file assault charges against me (not actually hitting him, but threatening to do so) but unfortunately for him, he's the only one who has written any actual threats online, so that's not going to get him anywhere besides fucked worse than I.


So I'm just gonna let this shit cool down and let him keep crying to his parents. Not worth my time anymore..

Anyway, just got off the phone with the state police, he's trying to press charges for assualt, but unlucky for him, he's made all the threats.

I would prefer to do my time in jail and be able to back up my claims of mayhem and ass whipping with evidence on the internet. Getting away clean yet having no proof is the work of a sissy.
