Oh sorry, They need to reenable to old system that was in place where it'd take like a month to get up activity, etc. This new system just makes it too easy, that or maybe there really isn't any activity on here.

It was lowered to give people more incentive to go for the new postbit. You have to get to 100% and hold it for a month, if it takes a month to get to 100%, that's 2 months waiting time. It was changed to half a month to get 100% and you get the postbit immediately, although you still have to hold 100% for a month to keep it.

ah. Nevermind... I suppose,..
