Make it a ritual to update and run Spybot and Ad-Aware weekly.

If it would be stuck , and repeatidly "press" itself , you wouldnt be able to type anything :).

Run your computer in safe mode and delete that program and its registry files. Or just run Ad-Aware and it will run during startup and delete those things.
