[07:36] Chruser: I'm thinking about building a new computer. I haven't built one in a couple of years or actively bothered staying up-to-date on the hardware front though, so I haven't really decided what to procure.

[07:40] Chruser: Computers are kind of cheap these days. You can get a good gaming system for $500 over here. I'm pretty sure you could get an equivalent system for $350 or so over there, governing the financial crisis.

[07:43] Chruser: You could upgrade your RAM a bit, but if you go over 1,5 GB, I expect your CPU to become a bottleneck.

[07:44] jamer123: ya but im getting more like hardware like harddrives and trying to fix my usb ports

[07:46] jamer123: and i need to fix my ports soon if i want a flash drive

[07:47] jamer123: once i get them going i could use a program dev uses where the flash drive becomes ram and i have a couple of usb ports and 2 flash drives
