[00:00] Sum Yung Guy: No creator, just everything or nothing, and the theorys we have working out the information that is a part of the everything side
[00:00] D3V: Hmm....
[00:00] D3V: so what qualifies as nothing/
[00:01] Sum Yung Guy: Its an idea we probally cannot obtain
[00:01] Sum Yung Guy: since we reside on the everything side
[00:01] Sum Yung Guy: but to know nothingness...
[00:01] Sum Yung Guy: we cannot compute
[00:01] Sum Yung Guy: we can imagine what it might be like
[00:02] Sum Yung Guy: but we cannot truly know nothingness
[00:02] D3V: I'd say nothing is our cease of existence, being removed from the theory.
[00:02] D3V: Death.
[00:02] Sum Yung Guy: To know nothingness is a paradox, because it becomes information and 'un-nothingness'
[00:03] D3V: and everything else, is striving for..everything.
[00:03] Sum Yung Guy: yes
[00:03] Sum Yung Guy: i think you got it dev
[00:04] Draco2003: NOW WHY THE FUCK COULDN'T YOU SAY THAT FROM THE BEGINNING!?!?!
[00:04] D3V: LOL
[00:04] D3V: yeah, really. I got lost for a long time.
[00:04] Draco2003: now my brain has overloaded... and needs to be shut down for a few...days...
[00:04] Sum Yung Guy: lol
[00:04] D3V: But basically this whole theory is based in a nutshell that: There are two sides of this theory. Everything and nothing. Everything is where we live, and have to continaully consume information from, etc, our existence. And nothing ness is, exactly that. Our cease to exist.
[00:05] Sum Yung Guy: explaininig the theory to new people is fun
[00:05] Sum Yung Guy: yea
[00:05] Sum Yung Guy: thats it
[00:05] Draco2003: so you sent us through the gauntlet to make us reach the understanding ourselves?
[00:05] Sum Yung Guy: sounds so simple once you work it out and understand it
[00:06] Sum Yung Guy: but look at slim for example
[00:06] Sum Yung Guy: he couldnt grasp at it
[00:06] Draco2003: although understanding or knowing doesn't lead to believing...
[00:07] Draco2003: it is interesting to know, but honestly, how many other people really care...
[00:07] Sum Yung Guy: just all part of the neverend stream of new data explaining Everything
[00:07] Sum Yung Guy: I dont know how many people care.
[00:08] Draco2003: well, I mean people that care to understand something that makes them think
[00:08] Draco2003: people nowadays seem to want everyone else to think for them
[00:08] Sum Yung Guy: But I would guess less people know because the more that know stop giving new unique data as much,.
[00:09] Draco2003: or could possibly see a given result has been reached and works out a new path to get a different result?
[00:09] D3V: very true.
[00:09] Draco2003: all this knowledge gathering thing I had thought of before, but not on such a grand scale...
[00:09] D3V: My brain works in a fashion, not on Zelaron but back in my own little reality where my ADD is constantly churning and processing thousands of thoughts a second, and thinking about existence and how everythign we know to be real comes across very often.;
[00:10] D3V: Yes, thank you SYG, you did accomplish making us think it out more.
[00:10] Sum Yung Guy: Yea I got ADD too
[00:10] D3V: It's a nice way to look at it, but at the same time it's just a theory.
[00:10] Sum Yung Guy: Your welcome
[00:10] D3V: And if your theory is true, then I should want to learn every theory out there.
[00:10] Sum Yung Guy: As is everything until we die eh?
[00:10] D3V: very true.
[00:10] Sum Yung Guy: Correct
[00:11] Sum Yung Guy: Enlightenment, you may begin life now.
[00:11] Draco2003: I still think I am sticking with the ignorance thing...
[00:12] D3V: I love to be enlightened on, well anything. Not even theories, but education in general. Being in college again makes my existence seem worth while.
[00:12] Draco2003: this way, if there is a god, or whatever higher being or nothingness, I can have plausible deniability
[00:12] Sum Yung Guy: D3V be sure to post your findings
[00:12] Sum Yung Guy: if you come across new interesting data
[00:12] Sum Yung Guy: worthy
[00:12] D3V: I will try to, I've posted a few thigns before, like the Utopia thread of my random thoughts and process of thinking.
[00:13] Draco2003: I have a problem with posting long, thought out things though...
[00:14] Draco2003: I spend all day, getting this LOOONNG ass post planned... and then when I hit the keyboard, I can only remember a fraction of it
[00:14] Sum Yung Guy: Yea I have that problem too
[00:14] Sum Yung Guy: so I use alot of analogies
[00:15] D3V: I do the same thing, I have started a new trend of jotting down random thoughts throughout my day, and going back and reading them when I get bored, again./
[00:15] Sum Yung Guy: when i make a post
[00:15] D3V: and pick up where I left off. I've noticed a trend too with it, that i've been able to elaborate more and more by doing this.
[00:15] Sum Yung Guy: brb going to go simulate smoking a cig
[00:15] Sum Yung Guy: lol
[00:15] Draco2003: I do the same thing, but with drawing... writing seems to only get me so far...
[00:16] Draco2003: lol
[00:16] D3V: lol...
[00:16] Draco2003: like, I re-wrote a story for Hulk, like a script, but after the explosion, i got brain-locked...
[00:18] Draco2003: and I found a hurdle in my drawing....
[00:18] Draco2003: I can't seem to draw multiple characters interacting
[00:18] Draco2003: proportions start to get messed up, and things don't line up...
[00:19] D3V: I think thats where ADD can be a negative quality.
[00:19] Draco2003: yeah...
[00:20] D3V: ugh, I need sleep.
[00:21] D3V: or, I need to simulate sleeping, lol.
[00:21] D3V: I just like regular sleep, simulations make me think too much.
[00:21] Draco2003: lol
[00:21] Draco2003: for real real
[00:21] Draco2003: not for play play
[00:21] D3V: and I think I may have to agree with you, that i'll stick by ignorance for now. I'm not ready to comprehend things outside of my realm of control.
[00:21] System: Sum Yung Guy has left the chat
[00:21] System: Sum Yung Guy has joined the chat
[00:21] Sum Yung Guy: back
[00:21] Draco2003: for real... and sometimes its even easier to feign ignorance...
[00:21] Sum Yung Guy: so I was just thinking
[00:22] Sum Yung Guy: D3V take this for example
[00:22] Sum Yung Guy: Draco wants to have an ignorance or lack of information standpoint
[00:22] D3V: ok
[00:22] Sum Yung Guy: that in itself is new information
[00:22] Sum Yung Guy: Then if he had the drive to gain knowledge
[00:23] D3V: I don't get that, realy.
[00:23] D3V: well I guess I do.
[00:23] D3V: you're saying regardless of what he wants to do, it will be new to me.
[00:23] Draco2003: like a "why learn what is known"? type thing?
[00:23] Sum Yung Guy: Yes
[00:24] D3V: I think what you are trying to do SYG, is explain how our brain works, and retains information.
[00:24] D3V: I think our Brain is a perfect example of your theory.
[00:24] D3V: and "simulations" can just be our thoughts.
[00:24] D3V: and different simulations can be daydreaming/dejavu/dreams/imagination
[00:25] Sum Yung Guy: and our brain is a simulation from a higher set of brains trying to gain new information
[00:25] D3V: yeah, that is your theory.
[00:25] Sum Yung Guy: intelligence within intelligence within intelligence
[00:25] D3V: yes.
[00:25] Draco2003: like an imaginary friend, living on his own, but his experiences become your experiences?
[00:26] D3V: the answers with this theory aren't always that important, it's the questions that really matter...........blah!
[00:26] Sum Yung Guy: lol
[00:26] Draco2003: I know this is probably going to blow my mind even more, but what about multiple personalities?
[00:27] Sum Yung Guy: And once our current set of intelligence creates smarter intelligence
[00:27] Sum Yung Guy: and the singularity from our perspective happens
[00:27] D3V: so we will then be starting a new chain of "simulations"
[00:27] Sum Yung Guy: we will be able to move around 'everything'
[00:27] Sum Yung Guy: and see anything we wanted
[00:27] D3V: .. you really think so SYG? that is a very intriuging way to look about it.
[00:27] Sum Yung Guy: with out experiences added to preexisting experiences
[00:27] Sum Yung Guy: thus creating new experiences
[00:28] Sum Yung Guy: with our*
[00:29] Sum Yung Guy: Can you ever say you had a converstion that worked your brain harder than this?
[00:29] Draco2003: well then...
[00:29] Sum Yung Guy: heh
[00:29] Draco2003: no
[00:29] Draco2003: but now that I got this "high" I am going to want it again.... thanks for getting me addicted!
[00:30] Sum Yung Guy: Without any substances either eh
[00:30] Draco2003: but don't you fear that your thoughts will start to overcome your being?
[00:30] Sum Yung Guy: just information our brain working at a higher rate
[00:31] Sum Yung Guy: No
[00:31] Sum Yung Guy: my thoughts are my being
[00:31] Sum Yung Guy: its what makes me, my set of experiences
[00:31] D3V: I smoked substances the other night, and my thoughts severly slowed down.
[00:31] Sum Yung Guy: it evolves me
[00:31] D3V: it was a very different experience.
[00:32] Draco2003: Have you ever seen "Gulliver's Travels"?
[00:32] Sum Yung Guy: nope
[00:32] Draco2003: x.x
[00:32] D3V: my mom used to read that to us when we were kids.
[00:32] Draco2003: nevermind then...
[00:32] D3V: heh.
[00:32] Draco2003: okay, do you remember the story with the Intellectuals?
[00:33] D3V: oh jesus, that was back when I was about 5 or 6.
[00:33] D3V: I wanna say, maybe 7-8 years old.
[00:33] Draco2003: oh...
[00:34] Draco2003: I just seen the movie about a month ago...
[00:34] Draco2003: so it is pretty fresh for me...
[00:34] Draco2003: well essentially, the Intellectuals were the most intelligent beings
[00:34] Draco2003: and being that they understood life on the planet, they erected a floating continent
[00:34] D3V: mhm.
[00:35] Draco2003: well, one day, their device that was powering the flotation thingy-ma-bobber went hay-wire
[00:35] Draco2003: and their continent started hurtling towards the planet
[00:36] Draco2003: but rather than physically do something, they thought about it... and the different outcomes and whatnot
[00:36] D3V: ah yes. I slightly remember it.
[00:36] Draco2003: so they felt it necessary to gather the knowledge from slammin' into the planet, or whatever, even if it meant the end of thier existence
[00:37] System: D3V has left the chat
[00:37] System: D3V has joined the chat
[00:37] Draco2003: That is what puts me on edge...
[00:37] Sum Yung Guy: And in a different part of 'everything' from us it happend
[00:37] D3V: I've got a loophole question
[00:37] Draco2003: yes, but it also didn't...
[00:38] Sum Yung Guy: ok shoot
[00:38] Draco2003: shoot, D3V
[00:38] Draco2003: lol
[00:38] Sum Yung Guy: ahh brb
[00:38] D3V: is there anything that can manipulate or exploit our simulation, from inside the simulation? Like to actually break free from the simulation and view all simulations from the top of the chain, to say.
[00:39] Draco2003: a la Neo of The Matrix?
[00:39] D3V: or what about things that shouldn't be possible within our simulation, or even just our existence, like Telekenisis
[00:39] D3V: yes, basically a Neo of the matrix. But, with Neo somebody had unplugged him and informed him etc/ he was trained sorta deal.. would that have to be what happens?
[00:40] Draco2003: but he was looking, remember?
[00:40] Draco2003: so maybe if someone looks hard enough...
[00:40] D3V: Ah!
[00:40] D3V: true.
[00:41] D3V: They were tipped off in a way, I had forgot.
[00:41] Draco2003: I just hope my simulation has a happy ending.... with Megan Fox...
[00:41] D3V: that's fine, I'll take Hayden Penatteri
[00:41] D3V: (sp)
[00:42] Draco2003: hmm... Google Images isn't showing any pics... is it a XXX star?
[00:43] Draco2003: well back to that Matrix thing... someone had to break free first...
[00:44] Draco2003: so, in a way... I guess, someone could fall through a loophole...
[00:44] D3V: I guess so.
[00:45] System: Sum Yung Guy has left the chat
[00:45] D3V: well it was excellent expanding my mind guys.
[00:45] D3V: I have to go to sleep back in my reality =(
[00:46] D3V: goodnight.
[00:46] Draco2003: alrighty
[00:46] Draco2003: g'night
[00:47] System: D3V has left the chat
[00:48] System: Sum Yung Guy has joined the chat
[00:48] Sum Yung Guy: dev
[00:48] Sum Yung Guy: for your loophole question
[00:49] Sum Yung Guy: "breaking free" of the loop and then seeing it all and being on top of it, that upon itself is very likely because it is a new piece of information. Thus it didnt actually break free, only added too the theory.
