[10:34] D3V: Chruser, it all began in here, in the chatbox. Which is why I was banned, I got banned from the chatbox, and then the rule was implemented when I got unbanned.

[10:34] D3V: I hadn't derailed any threads, hell even the stuff with Grav was in the chatbox as well.

[10:39] Chruser: D3V, you have the longest list of user notes (ban notices, warnings and so on) of all members, which usually makes staff members think you're up to no good. I don't agree with all instances in which you have gotten banned by different staff members, but quite a few of your replies in the past have catapulted threads into the galaxy of off-topic, which is a direct threat to the activity of the forum.

[10:41] D3V: And probably 99.9% of the bad off-topic come in response from K_A or Grav

[10:42] Chruser: The main reason being that Google won't index as much new, useful content, and will in turn lower the forum activity.

[10:43] Chruser: I agree, but that's still not a reason for breaking the rules. They aren't there to piss you off, their purpose is to make things work.

[10:44] Lenny: You have to admit, though, !K_A! does seem to take issue with D3V. There have been very few bannings that I've agreed with. I didn't agree with the latest for example, and nor did WW in fact.

I would even argue that if you look back at the past 6 months or so, my good suggestions and posts outweigh K_A by a longshot. Hell, if you would just make K_A unable to ban me, or even put him on a permanent ignore list of me, there wouldn't ever be anymore problems. I guarntee.

[10:59] Lenny: If I may go back to Chruser's comment, "...but you shouldn't derail threads as it damages the community" - I've just looked through D3Vs last 250 posts, and apart from the odd bit of "cheese" spam, or single word replies, there's nothing that derails a thread. Hell, all the arguing about trolling was done in a thread about trolling: on-topic in my eyes. He's also made 55 new threads in April alone, which is an average of 3.24 a day. I don't think derailing or lowering activity is an issue here.
