[11:30] WetWired: My biggest problem with programming languages that aren't PHP are their impotent array constructs. In PHP, I can load a DB record into a generic array, I can explode a string into an array, I can implode an array into a string, I can serialize an array into a string such that I can reconstruct the exact same array later, I can sort the array, I can get the (mixed type) keys and perform operations on them, and on and on and on.

[11:31] WetWired: If JS, I can change values of array elements and add and remove them

[11:31] WetWired: In VB, I'd be lucky just to get the array the size I want

[11:32] WetWired: For pretty much any data manipulation task, my language of choice is PHP
