Yea I have, I run at least 10km (6.214 miles) a day now cross country with lots of hills thrown in and every other day with weights on my feet. Hit the 6:30 mark for the mile now I just need to be able to do that twice for a 13:00 two mile (perfect score for the army physical training test). One I get my weighted vest in I am going to hit my abs hard.
Nah, it's been a while since i've ran, maybe a week. My last count was at 7:43 for a single mile, which actually has been a huge jump I'm pretty much back at where I was in like 11th grade or so. You still been doing your workouts?
