is this possible? cause i got the CD key and everything else but my CD doesnt work anymore. is there any way i can play multiplayer on bnet without it?

Not really. Any NO-CD crack will invalidate the exe online.

This isn't exactly warez, but it's borderline. B.net is specifically designed to prevent play without a CD. Circumventing this security feature is illegal, even though it can be annoying.
