I suggest you use this thing called the "Edit" button. It's not there for decoration.
And please don't host images from Geoshities.

Was looking at the sig link. :/ My bad.
Now that I see the correct one, let me critisize.
Wind filter; Lose it. It's one of the most useless filters in Photoshop right next to the evil Lens Flare. The only time it would be semi-relevent is if you made something to look like frozen icicles and snow. Anything else is wasted space and not pleasing to look at.
Lineart; I see 5 areas that either have a gap or a cheap cover-up. Anti-alias the lines if they're not already.
Background; Ah yes, the wonderful gradient tool. For Gods sake, use this thing called the Eraser Tool in some spots. There are 2 bright gradients going right that are completely not in alignment.
Top and bottom; Add more shit than black. Atleast my last wallpaper that had that is semi-transparent, so it isn't just pure black. Add text, too. No wallpaper is complete without text.
As you can see, you need to work on LOTS.

Lineart is far worse than cookie-cutter trend art. A simple blur filter can, however, make the lines look decent.

I suppose I speak for everyone here; yes, we do. It's the most powerful graphics program out there. Get it first. No, it does not produce 3D shapes (as shown in mine and a couple others), but everything else. Once you understand Photoshop (6) well, try to find 3D Studio Max: one of the best 3D programs. If it's too hard for you to start, find Cinema 4D, like I use. It's limited, but is good for n00bs. I do not use it cause I'm a n00b (which I'm not)...but because my computer can't run max.
So yeah, almost everyone who does graphics uses Photoshop mainly, and if they do 3D, either Lightwave/Maya/3D Studio Max/Cinema etc...
