He meant the avatar. Go to User CP > Edit Options, then scroll down to the very bottom, then hit the button that says "Change Avatar" (on right hand side). You can either use a hosted avatar pic or you can upload it via "Browse" button. Must meet the requirements though, which I forgot. :/ Then just hit "Submit Modifications" or whatever.
