not working , i refreshs erver lsit and it doesnt tlel me where peopel in budyd lsit are, i see syg in east 60 and then i selects erver and see the players and syg isnt there?. wtf

this is how buddylist works. when a server a 'buddy' is playing on is querried by you, it updates the info of the buddy, til the next time a server they are on is querried... then it updates that buddy info again.
