And nothing of value was lost. Infrequent releases, shitty titles, and lack of good shows killed them.

So far in the last few years, 3 anime giants have shut down: Geneon, ADV (though they just technically sold themselves to themselves and live as Sentai Filmworks), and now Bandai.

My best guess is Media Blasters is next.

Well, it's not like they went extinct. They're still selling old stuff, video games, and figures. Honestly, only about 25% of my fucks are given.

Not really. As I said, they didn't release shit and the shit they released was just that. The big players on the market atm are Funimation and Sentai filmworks. When one of them goes under, I'll hang myself. Until then, back to fapping to catgirls.
