Anyway, I am fat.. I want to change that. To me, it makes sense to start with a clean slate. So.. I was wondering if that makes sense ;)

** Detox diet, to get all the nasty stuff outta me
(on top off, it would get me started on dieting)
**Colonic, because who doesn't love a good butt cleaning
**Regular excersise, be it walks, or late night jogs around the block.
**Sustain excesise and healthy diet.

What is everyone's take?

I thought you were joining the army or something. How do you get fat in the service?

detoxing only gets rid of alot of water weight and muscle, not fat. if you think its worth a go then try it, starving so much is fucked, you could get the same results in a bit more time by cutting a fuckload of carbs out of your diet, eat every 3 hours, even if you have breakfast/lunch/dinner and cut out any starches and empty carbs and have a protein shake between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. there are a ton of half decent tasting shakes out there that have next to no carbs/fat and alot of protein.. and eat more fish! tuna is cheap as fuck and it helps a ton.
