In the game Deus Ex, the main character, JC Denton looks just like Paul Denton, except that JC wears sunglasses. All the time. There is a conversation where one of the other characters asks if he is really going to wear them on a night mission, and they end up saying what I quoted, roughly.

If nothing else, I believe they released it on Steam recently, though it's not unlikely that you could find a copy pre-owned at EB.
