johnny, you could build that computer for less, although its not a half-ass buy.

and no syg, i will not buy that for you. if i had the 3k it costs to buy it, i would build myself a computer better than that.

i didnt build mine, my brother built it for me. it was a good deal id say for when i got it, although i could make a better one for the same price now. the next computer i get (wont be for 2 or 3 years, hopefully) will be one i make, not my brother, but me.

dont get hardware from company's... get to know people who own their own computer company's... i know at least 5 people... including my next door nabor, he makes roughlly 500k per year selling comps... or if you dont know anyone, try and find a groop... on the internet, im not sure if they got em for comps... but what you do is , omeone has a liscence to buy for factory price from the manufacturer the parts ect... then what people do is contribute money to buy lets say 1000 of the specific part, everyone chips in, they get 1000 and save thousands, everyone gets it for cheap... many people do this even convinence stores, they know 50 other people who own stores and they buy shit all together

My old shitty computer costed $5,000, but then again, all of those old computers were rip-offs. I bought this new one for $2,000 and it's way better.

That's a rip off. Either a top of the line P4 costs a heck of a lot more than a top of the line Athlon, or they're overcharging by at least $800. See my rig for (quite a bit) under $2000 in the 2nd or 3rd page of "The New General Chat Thread".

Heh, Morrowind is quite playable maxed out on my rig :D:D:D

i was thinkin they would have the stats of the computer on the site, that is if they have one, cuz sites usually have cool stuff like that.

and although your system might be better wetwired, at least i can kill a rat! ^_^.
