It's likely too big.

If the original image is too big, it is automaticly resized to be within the limits. Animation is never preserved during this process.

Does anyone know how to resize .gifs?
Anytime I try, the part that makes it a .gif goes away. :(

You need an animated GIF editor in order to change an animated GIF. I use Animation Shop, which comes with Paint Shop Pro (some versions); the combination works well for optimizing GIFs.

Oh... I didn't recognize the word "preserved" when I read... :o
It looked like a different word, one I didn't understand but thought it looked fancy, so I must've ment something cool. Looks like it was just an easy word... weird...
