Fix the Calendar

It's stuck on Dec 2006 I think? Atleast for me it is. There should be an interactive calendar where members can add events to it if they wish to and then have an update bar or something to show what's going on in the calendar, if anything.

The best bet might be to somehow integrate Google Calendar - not only is it an incredibly good [free] tool, but you can add the calendar to your own one and even have it offline.

<3 Google calendar, something in that fashion is exactly what I was imagining.

For whatever reason (I can think of a few), the calendar requires the administrator to specify a valid date range. Since noone has messed with this since the forum started in 2001... Any case, I exteneded it out to 2012, so we should be good now.

That's beyond a fix.

It's fairly easy to setup what you want, but we'd need to define rules, moderators, etc.

Ah okay, well it isn't a big deal I just thought it would be cool to have a global calendar.

I don't disagree, I'm just saying that there needs to be discussion before that happens.
