Who knows how accurate it is. For me it seems pretty much spot on.

I'm not sure if that's really too accurate. I can rep 135 12 times where my arms start to fart out. I wisht he cahrt kept going, but i'm guessing my max is around 180-something?

I haven't actually tried to max out in a few months, and have only started lifting again like two weeks ago, so who knows. Cool site though. Good for guestimates from what I can tell.

Hmm. I think i'll max out this weekend. Tonight i'll see how many reps of 135 I can get in, and then go from there... I usually just stop at 12 but I bet I could get in about 16-18 reps no problems... I'll try and compare my own results to that chart to keep it on track.

Perhaps the chart means if you can do more then 12 then you should move up to the next weight class.

Pretty much, but I guess everyone is different. I feel like I get a better workout lifting 135x12-14 times when compres to lifting 155-165 like 6-8 times.
