View Full Version : Zelaron Biggest Loser contest?
I'd like to bring up the idea of this contest. And now that Health & Fitness has it's own forum, the possiblities of it happening are much higher. If anyone would like to participate please considering voicing your opinions and ideas in here. It doesn't necessairily have to be a weight-loss only contest, it is also a tone up-bulk up contest.

So far I'm down 2 inches on my waist, and everything on me has bulked up around 1 inch. I'm living the good life oh, yea!
Would you be interested in an organized contest?

I'm down sure.
I'm willing to post my change per week. So -2 lbs, +1 lbs, -2 lbs, that kind of thing.
I guess if we just do it for fun nobody can get pissy about it. The other competition i've entered in you were required to post a picture with some proof of the date once every other week for 3 months.
Well there is no prize other than motivation, so it shouldn't matter.
That is very true, but the other comps there is a $20 entry fee.

I'm down four inches and 20 lbs since the first time this idea was suggested. I don't think I'm gonna lose any more anytime soon. I've been pretty steady for the last couple of months.
That's great to hear though, and if you aren't happy or aren't content with what or where you are at you can always, always lose more and tone up as you please.

I'm getting fat now and I don't like it one bit. I'm too fucking busy to exercise on a regular basis but fuck it I'm in. I need to do something; fast.
Same here. Having a busted up ankle doesn't help either.
I've been so stressed out from school that I cannot find the energy to exercise properly. I haven't gone to the gym in two days. I'm gonna do like an hour of cardio today, hopefully, but my weight training has been put on hold until after thanksgiving break, I think.
I, too, have been missing workouts because of school!

The gymn I go to was closed all of this week because they were changing to a new larger facility. I'm getting desperate for another workout (2 weeks since already)
I've been starting small reptitions again just with the arms. My ankle is still pretty swollen and will be for another week or two so that's keeping me from performing anything cardio with my lower half of my body. Sucks.
Okay, I'm -4 lbs from 10 days ago. It's funny because my eating habits have been all fucked up. I don't expect to see results that good for a while.
