www.110mb.com (http://www.110mb.com) and www.byethost.com (http://www.byethost.com) are the two I use. I find that 110mb is slightly faster.

Both are ad-free, and both are free. Yeah, it does mean that you end up with an address like http://osmoses.110mb.com or www.byethost31.com/osmoses (http://www.byethost31.com/osmoses), but it's free, working webspace. You can always combine it with a domain name from www.co.nr (http://www.co.nr) if you're that fussed.
