http://be.imba.hu/ It basically scans for your character and places you in a bracket, that bracket being where most of your upgrades will come from, and where you should perform the best.

Some Examples:

That's actually pretty cool. You should probably put a little more in your post than a link, though, because I was wary of clicking on the link to begin with. It's a suspcious URL and there's nothing accompanying it.

It doesn't seem to do anything. I enter US, Blackhand and Ecliptic, then the form disappears.

It can't find my character for some reason. I know it's in the armory.

Not my character. For all I know, it's collecting targets to hack. Though, I usually don't logout in my normal gear, so that might throw them off.

Thats really weird that it's not your character. If you log out in pvp gear it has a notice at the top that says "This character might of been caught in pvp gear".

I think what he means is that he picked a random character to look up instead of using his own, because he things it's possible that they're acquiring targets to hack.

It's a character that I know, but he doesn't play anymore.

As for my gear, I usually log out in my "town gear," which is picked to give a distinctive and pleasing appearance rather than for stats. Usually, if I'm going to be grouping, I equip my "raiding gear," then log out and back in for the armory.
