View Full Version : Stress
I don't know what it is, but the past week atleast i've been under a huge amount of stress, very testy/angry for apparently no reason that I can pinpoint, it must just be that time of the year, or month who knows.

I developed a twitch that seems to be directly related to work. It wasn't there during my week off. My first day back, boom, there it is again. I also discovered that I wasn't nearly my cheerful phony self yesterday. My customer service was sullen at best.
I get the feeling it's going around, D3V.
I hear yah man, having that Memorial Day off really did something to me, I realized how much I hate my Job, again.

Your job could be worse you know.
You could be Bush.
Well I'd rather be President that what i'm doing now, however I don't think I'd make a very good president; which would probably be much more stressful.

Being President drains the life out of you.
I would love to be a lifeguard or something of that nature right now, though the schedule isn't right for going to school.

Dwight D. Eisenhower has been known for saying it was the worst 4 years of his life.
D3V, I thought you dealt with stress by playing basketball? Guess not.

Smoking crack and then shooting the dealers, if you have a bad day?

If you complain about stress, then go talk to some college kids at Princeton or Harvard. My dad's a life coach, and he once had a girl patient that was on drugs just to relieve all the stress from Princeton. I think she had to drop out eventually because of her condition.

They've got a big course load, but I know people with 21 credit hours of classes and a couple jobs. I really doubt there's any less stress there, and they aren't bitching. Fucking kids :D.

Yeah, and then they go out in the world to get jobs with even more stress. Thanks to that we have suicides. My sister went to Japan 1 month ago, and one of the things she discovered was that people have so much stress there, that suicides are off the charts. So many people jump in front of bullet trains every year, that when someone does it (like 3 people a day), it is regular routine for the crew to "clean it up" in about I think 10 minutes. Then the train starts again and everyone acts like everything is normal, pretty bizarre if you ask me :weird:
