Virtual Memory

Ok, In the past Hour I have recieved about three messages telling me, "Your computer is low on virtual memory, to ensure your windows runs properly, increase the size of your memory paging file."

Ok. What the fuck is my Memory paging file and how the hell do I increase it?!

Press Windows+Break, go to the Advanced tab, click Performance settings. Go the the advanced tab on that box, then click Change Virtual memory

I'm gonna sound like an idiot..But what is Break?

Break is the key to the right of Scroll Lock on a modern keyboard. On older keyboards, it's elsewhere.
