Recently, i have been interviewing for various positions in the Finance world, and doing pretty well i might add. I have had 8 interviews so far, and have been called back to 7 of them, while the last hired me. Some notable names that have expressed interest in me are Bear Sterns, UBS, Wells Fargo, Bridgewater Associates, Bloomberg, etc.

With this said, i have been trying to become an adult, not only in everyday life, but an adult on the forum too. If you haven't noticed, i have been trying to use correct grammer, more advanced words, and overall become more mature. I would like to thank all of you for being there for me for the past 4 years and getting me to realize my errors. If you look back at some of my old posts, you can see an idiot of a kid.

You joined in July of 2005. You've been here just over 2 years.

Honestly, a lot of us have spent YEARS on this forum (off and on), if you go back a couple, you'll notice everyone has matured quite a bit, even our people that aren't as well liked such as D3V and !K_A!.

Some startlingly so, such as Slaynish (when he drops by).

You know, I can't think of any posts I've been embarassed about posting.

Maybe I'll see if I can find one.

Edit: Looks like Searching for posts by user is capped at 500? I can't view farther back than 2 months ago. :(

What is it your field of study, exactly?

Is your family well off? Affluent?

Well, i failed to mention that i have known JRwakebord since the beginning of Freshman year, so i knew about the site and all of you before even posting in 2005.

Grav, my family is well off, but it has nothing to do with my career path. I am studying to be a Finance major with an Accounting minor. The job offerings at all the firms are either in Market research, market sales or accounting analysis of our firms/ subsidaries. So basically, the next 4 years of my life will be spent in a cubical, then all will be decent and easy.

Yeah, I've never liked that either. You can, however, view all the threads you've created since you registered.
